Abstract
Na prehodu v 21. stoletje se organizacije soočajo z organizacijsko revolucijo,ki jim podaja nove in različne konceptualne zahteve. Tradicionalna vertikalna organizacijska struktura ne ustreza več zahtevam sodobnega organizacijskega okolja. Moderni organizacijski model mora udejanjiti horizontalni način dela ter oblikovati procesne time, ki se osredotočajo na točno določene naloge. V prispevku bomo predstavili spreminjajočo se organizacijsko paradigmo nasproti učeči se organizaciji, ki je značilna za sodobno ekonomijo znanja. Posledično se prispevek osredotoča na novo organizacijsko paradigmo organizacijskega modela in pojasnjuje različne teoretične poglede na učečo se organizacijo 21. stoletja.

Abstract:
At the turn of the 21st century, organizations are facing organizational revolution, which imposes new and different conceptual requirements. Traditional vertical organizational structure seems to be no longer valid for the new organizational environment. The modern organizational model has to implement a horizontal method of work and form process teams concentrating on precisely specified tasks. The paper illustrates the changing organizational paradigm towards the learning organization in the knowledge-based economy. Therefore, it focuses on the new organizational paradigm of organizational model, and enlightens different theoretical views of the 21st century learning organization.
