Abstract
Diplomsko delo je nastalo z namenom, da lastnikom gozdov, ki jim bi nov krak ceste odprl njihov gozd, predstavimo tehnološke, organizacijske in ekonomske posledice izgradnje ceste. Za zdajšnje stanje odprtosti (različica ena) in novo različico, ki predvideva izgradnjo novega kraka ceste, so določili spravilna polja in izdelali sečno-spravilni načrt. Iz GGN so povzeli sestojne značilnosti, lesne zaloge ter možen posek. Po prvi različici so izračunali stroške pridobivanja lesa brez novega kraka gozdne ceste, po drugi pa z novo cesto. Pri drugi različici so poleg stroškov sečnje in spravila upoštevali tudi stroške izgradnje ceste. Ugotovili so, da pri obeh različicah prihodki odprodaje lesne mase v celoti pokrijejo stroške sečnje, spravila in vzdrževanja vlak, v drugi različici pa tudi stroške izgradnje ceste (ob predpostavki, da so stroške gradnje ceste razdelili na obdobje 60 let). Opisali so tudi postopek načrtovanja in izgradnje nove gozdne ceste, ter vlogojavne gozdarske službe (ZGS) pri tem.

Abstract:
The purpose of my diploma work is to present to the forest owners the technological, organizational and economical consequences of opening their forests by the new section of the forest road construction. The storage fields were defined and storage plan made for the present state of opening (version 1) and the new version where is planned the construction of the new forest road section. The structure, wood supply and possible cuttings down of the forests were summarized from Forest Management Plan. The costs of wood production without the new road (version 1) and the second version with the new road were calculated. At latter version the costs of the new road construction were considered along with the costs of road maintenance. Our conclusion was that in both versions all costs of cutting, storage and maintenance of skidding trails are covered by the income from selling the wood. In the second version the costs of building the new road are also covered by the income assuming that the costs are divided on 60 years period. The procedure of planning and building the new forest road and the role of the public forest service (ZGS) in that project were also described.
