Učinki žerjava Syncrofalke 3T pri spravilu iglavcev v predelu Vitanje : diplomsko delo (visokošolski strokovni študij)

V diplomski nalogi so bili analizirani struktura časov in učinki spravila iglavcev z tičnim terjavom Syncrofalke v kombinaciji s procesorsko glavo Woody 60. Posnetih je bilo 130 uporabnih ciklusov vlačenja navzgor v predelu Vitanje. Uporabljena je bila ničelna kronometrična metoda merjenja časov in sortimentov v lubju. Na podlagi meritev je izračunan volumen in masa posameznega bremena ter povprečno breme. Ugotovljena je odvisnost produktivnih časov spravila in izdelave sortimentov od razdalje vlačenja, mase posameznega bremena, ter števila izdelanih kosov iz posameznega bremena. Za spravilo in izdelavo sortimentov je analizirana struktura produktivnih in neproduktivnih časov, ki se pojavljajo med proizvodnim procesom ter vseh zastojev v ciklusu. Opravljena je bila primerjava učinkov žicnice in procesorja na produktivni čas, pri čemer smo analizirali le učinke na osnovi porabe produktivnega časa.

Abstract

The time structure and the productivity of harvesting conifers was analysed with a cable crane Syncrofalke 3t in combination with the Woody 60 processor head. 130 useful cycles of skidding up the area Vitanje were recorded. Chronometric method for measuring time and assortments in the bark was used. Based on those measurements volume and weight of each load and also average load was calculated. It was discovered that production of assortments and productive time depend on pulling distance, weight of each load and also the number of items produced from each load. Productive and unproductive time for skidding and processing production of assortments which occur during production processes and potential delays in the cycle were also analysed. The effect of the cable crane and of the processor on the productive time was also compared.
