Implementacija naprednega iskanja po faksimilih parlamentarnih zapisnikov

Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na nadgradnjo spletne aplikacije Parlamentary Corpora Viewer, namenjene pregledovanju večjezičnih zapisnikov parlamentarnih zasedanj. Zaradi potrebe po enostavnejšem in hitrejšem raziskovanju vsebine zapisnikov se je pojavila potreba po iskalniku, ki bi uporabnikom spletne aplikacije omogočal več kot samo osnovno iskanje (tj. dobesedno ujemanje). V okviru diplomske naloge smo spletno aplikacijo nadgradili z naprednim iskalnikom, ki v prikazanem parlamentarnem zapisniku omogoča iskanje po ključnih besedah, frazah, lemah, govorcu, medjezično iskanje ter ustrezen prikaz najdenih rezultatov. Diplomsko delo zajema celoten proces implementacije, od priprave podatkov do nadgradnje tako zalednega kot čelnega dela aplikacije s ciljem izboljšanja uporabniške izkušnje in funkcionalnosti iskanja.

• Title: Implementation of an advanced search in facsimiles of parliamentary records

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the enhancement of the Parlamentary Corpora Viewer web application, intended for viewing multilingual minutes of parliamentary sessions. Due to the need for easier and faster research into the content of the minutes, a need arose for a search engine that would allow users of the web application more than just a basic search (i.e. literal matching). As part of this thesis, the web application was enhanced with an advanced search engine, enabling keyword searches, phrase searches, lemma-based searches, speaker-based searches, cross-language searches within the displayed parliamentary minutes, along with the appropriate presentation of search results. The thesis covers the entire implementation process, from data preparation to the enhancement of both the back-end and front-end of the application, with the aim of improving the user experience and search functionality.
