Abstract
Naloga opisuje razvoj in gradnjo digitalnega tokovnega integratorja s cenovno ugodno in enostavno zamenljivo modularno vhodno stopnjo.

Title:Digital current integrator with modular input stage
Abstract:
Measurements in nuclear physics and other areas of scientific research often require equipment designed for small amounts of accumulated electrical charge or electrical current measurements. This thesis addresses the development and design of a digital current integrator with a cost-effective and easily replaceable modular front-end electronics. It is primarily intended to be used at the Department of Low and Medium Energy Physics of the "Jožef Stefan" Institute as an alternative to the commercially available instruments in experiments with charged particles in a vacuum. Such experiments often expose measurement devices to high-voltage pulses, resulting in partial destruction of the amplifier input stage. The integrator is built in an enclosure compatible with the frequently used NIM standard. It features a front panel user interface, an Ethernet module for remote control, as well as digital inputs and outputs for use in the conjunction with other laboratory equipment. The instrument was tested and its operation was deemed to be satisfactory.
