Abstract
S svojim magistrskim delom smo pridobili tehnično znanje na področju naravoslovne ilustracije, katere smo skupaj s fotografijami umestili v kontekst knjige. S poglobljeno raziskavo in ilustriranjem strupenih halucinogenih rastlin in gliv Slovenije smo prispevali k znanosti in povezali medij ilustracije in fotografije, ki se na tem področju dopolnjujeta.

Title:Poisonous hallucinogenic plants and mushrooms in an illustrated book
Abstract:
In our master's thesis, we researched the field of natural science illustration, where we dealt with its historical development and technical aspect. The topic of research was poisonous hallucinogenic plants and fungi in Slovenia. We tested various black and white techniques and types of illustrations and photographs, while at the same time studying the border between real and imaginary illustration. We designed the final series of illustrations and photos into a book with information about plants, fungi, symptoms of poisoning and toxins, which conveyed the feeling of toxicity through its design. With our master's thesis, we acquired technical knowledge in the field of natural science illustration, which we placed together with photographs in the context of the book. Through in-depth research and illustration of poisonous hallucinogenic plants and fungi in Slovenia, we contributed to science and connected the medium of illustration and photography, which complement each other in this field.
