Abstract
Danes prodajalci mlade zaznavajo kot pomembno ciljno skupino, ki ji z različnimi strategijami želijo vzbuditi pozornost oz. željo po dobrinah, ki jih pogosto niti ne potrebujejo. Nakupno vedenje mladih pa ni pomembno zgolj z vidika blagostanja posameznika, ampak tudi z vidika trajnosti. Z raziskavo smo želeli pridobiti podatke o tem, kateri dejavniki so pomembni v nakupnem procesu študentov, kako je na njihovo nakupno odločanje vplivala epidemija covida-19, ugotavljali smo tudi, ali morda obstajajo razlike v nakupnem vedenju med študenti glede na izbrano fakulteto študija. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 39 študentov ljubljanske Ekonomske in 73 študentov ljubljanske Pedagoške fakultete. Rezultati, pridobljeni s pomočjo anketiranja, so pokazali, da po mnenju študentov na oblikovanje njihovih nakupnih navad najbolj vplivajo starši, lastne izkušnje in mediji. Na njihove nakupne odločitve najbolj vplivajo cena, lastna prepričanja in izkušnje. Rezultati so prav tako pokazali, da bi študenti ljubljanske Pedagoške fakultete, v večjem deležu kot študenti ljubljanske Ekonomske fakultete, raje porabili denar za doživetja kot pa posedovanje materialnih dobrin, študenti Ekonomske fakultete so pogosteje navajali, da jim materialne dobrine dajejo občutek varnosti in so v večjem deležu nakupovanje ocenili kot možen način preživljanja prostega časa. Večina študentov obeh fakultet se je strinjala, da so se njihove nakupne navade med epidemijo covida-19 spremenile, vendar ne trajno. Bistvene spremembe v nakupovalnih navadah so se navezovale na način plačevanja in izbor dobrin, pogosteje so plačevali s kartico, največ denarja pa so porabili za hrano, oblačila in kozmetiko.

Title:Spending and buying habits of students
Abstract:
Today, sellers perceive young people as an important target group, from which they want to attract attention or desire for goods that they often do not even need with various strategies. However, the buying behaviour of young people is not only important for their individual well-being, but also for sustainability. With the research, we wanted to obtain data on which factors are important in the purchasing process of students, how the Covid-19 epidemic has affected their purchasing decisions, and we also determined whether there may be differences in buying behavior among students depending on the chosen faculty of study. 39 students of the Faculty of Economics and 73 students of the Faculty of Education participated in the research. The results obtained through the survey showed that, according to the students, the most influential factors in the formation of their shopping habits are their parents, their own experiences and the media. Their purchasing decisions are most influenced by price, their own beliefs and experience. The results also showed that students of the Faculty of Education would rather spend money on experiences than owning material goods in a larger proportion than students of the Faculty of Economics, students of the Faculty of Economics more often stated that material goods give them a sense of security and to a greater extent assessed shopping as a possible way of spending free time. Most students from both faculties agreed that their shopping habits had changed during the Covid-19 epidemic, but not permanently. Significant changes in shopping habits related to the method of payment and the selection of goods, they paid by card more often, and spent most of the money on food, clothes and cosmetics.
