Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava zasnovo laboratorijskega preizkuševališča za namen vrednotenja izkoristkov verižnih gonil dvokoles. V okviru naloge smo razvili koncept preizkuševališča, raziskali in izbrali ustrezne komponente, skonstruirali 3D-model in napravili tehnično dokumentacijo. Preizkuševališče omogoča natančno primerjalno merjenje izkoristkov verižnih in jermenskih gonil pri različnih obremenitvah, hitrostih, prestavah in pozicijah. Zasnovano je robustno, z možnostjo enostavnih nadgradenj in predelav. Izbrane so komponente, ki omogočajo natančne meritve, vključno z merilnikom navora, pogonom in bremenom. Izdelan je podroben 3D-model, ki upošteva tehnične zahteve in vključuje vse izbrane komponente. Pripravljena je tudi tehnična dokumentacija s sestavnimi in delavniškimi risbami.

Title:Laboratory test bench for measuring the efficiency of bicycle chain drives
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the design of a laboratory testing rig for evaluating the efficiencies of bicycle chain drives. As part of the project, we developed a concept for the testing rig, researched and selected appropriate components, constructed a 3D-model, and created technical documentation. The testing rig allows for precise comparative measurements of the efficiencies of chain and belt drives under various loads, speeds, gears, and positions. It is designed to be robust, with the capability for easy upgrades and modifications. The selected components enable precise measurements, including a torque meter, drive, and load. A detailed 3D-model has been created, taking into account technical requirements and incorporating all selected components. Technical documentation, including assembly and workshop drawings, has also been prepared.
