Abstract
Delo obravnava analizo montažnega procesa sestavljanja puhala v maloserijski proizvodnji ter njegovo optimizacijo in avtomatizacijo. V teoriji so predstavljeni obravnavani izdelki in montažni proces. Podrobneje smo analizirali pristope Industrije 4.0 in analizo vrednosti toka v katero smo vključili dobavo materiala, montažni proces in pakiranje. Najprej je bila opravljena časovna analiza celotnega proizvodnega procesa v oddelku za elektronsko komutirana puhala. Iz analize so bile ugotovljene možne optimizacije proizvodnje brez ekonomskega vložka ter nadgradnje, ki zahtevajo tudi finančno analizo za upravičenost investicije. Po optimizaciji procesa je bila izvedena analiza prihranka časa, kar je neposredno privedlo do informacije o povečanju kapacitet. Poleg procesa smo analizirali možne prilagoditve konstrukcije puhala za izboljšanje montažnih procesov. Zaradi velikega števila različnih izdelkov nam bodo izboljšave pomagale tudi pri planiranju proizvodnje v prihodnosti ter zmanjšale izpade zaradi pomanjkanja materiala.

Title:Increasing capacities and possible automation of the assembly process of EC Blowers in low-volume production
Abstract:
The paper deals with the analysis of assembly process for assembling blowers in smallscale production, as well as its optimization and automation. In the theory, the products and assembly process are presented. The approaches of Industry 4.0 and value stream analysis were analyzed in more detail, including material supply, the assembly process, and packaging. First, a time analysis of the entire production process was done in the department for electronically commutated blowers. The analysis identified possible production optimizations without financial investment, as well as upgrades that also require financial analysis to justify the investment. After process optimization, a time saving analysis was done, which directly led to information on increased capacity. In addition to the process, possible adaptations of the blower design were analyzed to improve assembly processes. Due to the large number of different products, the improvements will also help us with production planning in the future and reduce downtime due to material shortages.
