In this thesis I have presented logistics services of Intereuropa d.d. in supply chain management. Defined are the theoretical foundations of logistics and its subsystems and supply chains are presented in more detail with their properties, composition, processes, management, optimization and development. The organization and operations of Intereuropa, which operates as a global logistics service and service provider in supply chain management, is presented. Described are the logistics services that support supply chains in customs, warehousing and transport processes. Explored in more detail is an example of managing the supply chain process from support planning, organization of the work, arrival and acceptance of the shipment, customs clearance and storage, dispatch and transportation of goods as well as billing for the service provided, as it is necessary to adjust to the increasing demands of customers.
