Abstract
Z metodo 20 ključev smo izvedli reorganizacijo proizvodnega procesa v žagarskem podjetju. Pri tem smo se držali načel Toyotinega proizvodnega sistema. Z analizo trenutnega stanja smo pridobili vpogled v tiste faze delovnega procesa, ki so nepotrebne in predstavljajo izgubljeni čas. Z uvedbo določenih sprememb smo zmanjšali stroške podjetja, hkrati pa smo načrtovali prihodnje spremembe, ki bodo trenutne stroške še dodatno zmanjšale.

Title:Reorganization of the production process in company Žaga in obdelava lesa Arh
Abstract:
Using the 20 keys method we carried out the reorganization of the production process in a sawmill company. We adhered to the principles of the Toyota production system. By making an analyse of the current situation, we gained insight into those phases of the work process that are unnecessary and represent lost time. By introducing certain changes to the process, we reduced company's costs, and at the same time we planned future changes that will further reduce current costs.
