Abstract
Upravljanje sprememb se lahko opredeli kot proces nenehnega obnavljanja usmeritve, strukture in zmogljivosti organizacije, ki služi spreminjajočim se potrebam zunanjega in notranjega okolja. V magistrskem delu je predstavljena problematika načrtovanja in implementacije sprememb v podjetjih. Obsega teoretično ozadje glede spreminjanja organizacije, ki zajema več vidikov definiranja pojma organizacije ter pregled raznih faktorjev, ki vplivajo na organizacijo. Iz analizirane strokovne literature je možno pokazati, kako se spremembe v organizacijski strukturi odražajo v delovanju in poslovanju organizacije, kakšni so možni vzroki za izvedbo sprememb, kako poteka implementacija sprememb, njihov management ter posledice njihove uspešnosti oziroma neuspešnosti. S pomočjo finančne analize prihodkov, odhodkov, dobička in števila zaposlenih podjetja GEN-I v časovnem obdobju 2015–2022 sem lahko identificiral dve posamezni poslovni leti, v katerih so kazalniki nadpovprečno nihali. Takrat je podjetje izkazalo največjo prirast v uspešnosti poslovanja. Sklep raziskave zajema podrobnejši pregled sprememb, ukrepov in okolijskih razmer, ki so lahko vplivale na uspešnost poslovanja podjetja.

Title:THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES ON THE COMPANY BUSINESS
Abstract:
Change management can be defined as the process of continuously renewing the direction, structure and capacity of an organisation to serve the changing needs of the external and internal environment. This master thesis presents the problem of planning and implementing change in companies. An introductory presentation of the problem is followed by a theoretical background on organisational change, which includes several aspects of defining the concept of organisation and an overview of the various factors that influence the organisation. From the analysed literature it is possible to show how changes in organisational structure are reflected in the functioning and performance of the organisation. I have investigated the possible causes of change, how change is implemented, how it is managed and the consequences of its success or failure. In particular, I analysed the financial indicators of GEN-I over the 2015-2022 time period. Through financial analysis of revenue, expenditure, profit and headcount, I was able to identify two particular financial years in which the indicators fluctuated above average. This is when the company showed the greatest increase in performance. I concluded my research with a more detailed look at the changes, measures and environmental conditions that may have affected the company's performance.
