Abstract
Zaradi tehnološkega napredka in pojava digitalizacije sta se spremenila način življenja in način dela. Določene organizacije so spremenile svoje poslovanje in se zaradi digitalizacije usmerile v brezpapirno poslovanje. Spremenil se je način dela, kar pa je privedlo do dolgotrajnega sedenja in povečane uporabe računalnika. Zaradi tega so se pojavile negativni zdravstveni učinki na zdravju zaposlenih. S pomočjo strokovne literature so bila v diplomskem delu opredeljena področja digitalizacije, zagotavljanja zdravja pri delu in negativnih zdravstvenih posledic. V raziskavi so sodelovali zaposleni organizacije javnega sektorja. S pomočjo metode anketiranja je bila izvedena raziskava o negativnih zdravstvenih učinkih, ki jih povzroča digitalizacija na delovnem mestu. Na podlagi opravljene raziskave je bilo ugotovljeno, da imajo zaposleni največ negativnih zdravstvenih učinkov na področjih hrbta, vratu, karpalnega kanala in vida. Anketiranci občasno občutijo odpor do digitalizacije, predvsem zaradi prekomerne uporabe računalnika in računalniške opreme ter zaradi pojava negativnih zdravstvenih učinkov. Rezultati raziskave so v pomoč predvsem delovni organizaciji, ki lahko glede na rezultate raziskave vzpostavi preventivne mehanizme in metode, ki bi odpravili oziroma vsaj poskušali preprečiti pojav negativnih zdravstvenih učinkov.

Title:The impact of the digitalization on employees from the point of view of occupational health in selected organization
Abstract:
Due to technological advancements and the emergence of digitalization, the way of life and work has changed. Certain organizations have transformed their operations and shifted towards paperless business due to digitalization. The nature of work has changed, leading to prolonged sitting and increased use of computers. As a result, negative health effects have emerged among employees. Through professional literature, the thesis defined the fields of digitalization, health assurance at work, and the negative health consequences. Employees from a public sector organization participated in the research. A survey method was used to conduct the research on the negative health effects caused by digitalization in the workplace. Based on the research conducted, it was found that employees experience the most negative health effects in areas such as the back, neck, carpal tunnel syndrome, and eye problems. Respondents occasionally express reluctance to digitalization, mainly due to the excessive use of computers and computer equipment, and the resulting negative health effects. The survey results are particularly helpful to work organizations, which, based on the research findings, can establish preventive mechanisms and methods to eliminate or at least attempt to prevent the occurrence of negative health effects.
