Due to the need to reduce the spread of vibrations, a device was constructed as part of the thesis that allows the production of cylindrical vibro-isolation granulated elements. A prototype of the device was manufactured and tested. We found that the device allowes the production of vibro-isolation elements with controlled filling pressure and that the flowability of the granulate during filling does not pose an obstacle. The design of the device is conceived in such a way that it allows further automation. The device is also equipped with a function that allowes continuous production of the outer casing of the vibro-isolation, as well as a function that controls the sliding speed of the casing, which is conditioned by the filling speed of the granulate and allows control of the filling pressure.
