Abstract
Zaradi potrebe po zmanjševanju širjenja vibracij je bila v sklopu diplomskega dela skonstruirana naprava, ki omogoča izdelovanje valjastih vibroizolacijskih granuliranih elementov. Izdelan in testiran je bil prototip naprave. Ugotovili smo, da naprava omogoča izdelavo vibroizolacijskih elementov s kontroliranim tlakom polnitve in da pretočnost granulata pri polnjenju ne predstavlja ovire. Konstrukcija naprave je zasnovana tako, da omogoča nadaljnjo avtomatizacijo. Napravi je prigrajena tudi funkcija, ki omogoča neskončno izdelavo zunanjega ovoja vibroizolacije, in funkcija, s katero kontroliramo hitrost drsenja ovoja, ki je pogojena s hitrostjo polnjenja granulata in omogoča kontrolo tlaka polnitve.

Title:Machine for filling vibro-insulating tubes using the piston principle
Abstract:
Due to the need to reduce the spread of vibrations, a device was constructed as part of the thesis that allows the production of cylindrical vibro-isolation granulated elements. A prototype of the device was manufactured and tested. We found that the device allowes the production of vibro-isolation elements with controlled filling pressure and that the flowability of the granulate during filling does not pose an obstacle. The design of the device is conceived in such a way that it allows further automation. The device is also equipped with a function that allowes continuous production of the outer casing of the vibro-isolation, as well as a function that controls the sliding speed of the casing, which is conditioned by the filling speed of the granulate and allows control of the filling pressure.
