Abstract
Praktične izkušnje so med delodajalci zelo cenjene, zato izobraževalne ustanove v izobraževalne procese vpeljujejo aktivne oblike študijskega dela in praktično usposabljanje je ena izmed oblik učenja na delu. Eden izmed programov, ki mladim omogoča mednarodno mobilnost z namenom izobraževanja ali praktičnega usposabljanja znotraj Evropske unije, je Erasmus+. Mladi, ki se odločijo za opravljanje praktičnega usposabljanja v tuji državi, dobijo delovne izkušnje, razvijejo specifične kompetence za opravljanje določenega poklica ter tudi mehke večine, katerim delodajalci v zaposlitvenem postopku dajejo vedno večji pomen. V magistrskem delu sem preko tujih in slovenskih raziskav ugotavljala, kakšen pogled imajo študenti in delodajalci na mednarodno mobilnost z namenom praktičnega usposabljanja in predvsem v kakšni meri mednarodno praktično usposabljanje vpliva na zaposljivost posameznikov. Odgovore iz raziskav sem nato primerjala z odgovori 13-ih slovenskih delodajalcev, ki sodelujejo s posredniško agencijo X ter dijakom in študentom nudijo praktična usposabljanja preko programa Erasmus+.

Title:Erasmus+ internship: perspectives and experiences of employers
Abstract:
Practical experience is highly valued among employers, which is why educational institutions are introducing active forms of work-based learning into their educational processes, and practical training is one of the forms of work-based learning (WBL). One of the programmes that enables young people to engage in international mobility for the purpose of education or practical training within the European Union is Erasmus+. Young people who choose to undertake practical training in a foreign country gain work experience, develop specific competencies for performing certain professions, and acquire soft skills, which are given increasing importance by employers in the recruitment process. In my master's thesis, I tried to determine, through foreign and Slovenian research, the perspectives of students and employers on international mobility for practical training and the extent to which international practical training influences the employability of individuals. I compared the research findings with the responses of 13 Slovenian employers who cooperate with the intermediary agency X and offer practical training to high school and university students through the Erasmus+ programme.
