Abstract
V diplomskem delu z naslovom Participacija otrok pri nastajanju lutkovne predstave predstavljamo, kako pomembno je vključevanje otrok v načrtovanje vzgojno-izobraževalnega dela. S pomočjo lutke – ljubljenca skupine skušamo vzbuditi zanimanje za raziskovanje sveta in reševanje različnih izzivov. Otroci so z nekaj spodbudami in s pomočjo ter nekaj smernicami sposobni po svojih zmožnostih odkrivati in spoznavati okolje in sebe. Potrebno jim je le dopuščati svobodno, ustvarjalno in samostojno razmišljanje. Teoretični del naloge opisuje, kako lahko s pomočjo lutk dosežemo participacijo otrok. V samem začetku je predstavljen model participacije otrok ter stopnje participacije. Nadaljevanje je usmerjeno v uporabo lutk, ki spodbujajo aktivno razmišljanje in ustvarjanje otrok. Lutke omogočajo veliko ustvarjalnih dejavnosti, kjer je proces bistveno pomembnejši od končnega izdelka. Celotno projektno delo, ki izhaja iz lutke, temelji na otrokovem ustvarjalnem razmišljanju in izražanju. V praktičnem delu je predstavljeno delo z lutko in aktivnosti, ki smo jih izpeljali s pomočjo lutke – ljubljenca skupine. Vse dejavnosti so vodile k sodelovanju otrok pri nastajanju lutkovne predstave. Prikazali in utemeljili smo, kako lahko otroke s pomočjo lutk vključimo v proces pedagoškega dela. V tovrstnem procesu se otroci učijo razmišljanja, samostojnosti, iznajdljivosti, ustvarjalnosti in sodelovanja z drugimi. Vzgojiteljeva naloga pa je, da jim ponudi možnosti za razvijanje kompetenc na različnih področjih.

Title:Children's participation in the creation of a puppet show
Abstract:
In the degree entitled ‘Children’s Participation in the Creation of a Puppet Show’, we present the importance of involving children in the planning of educational work. With the help of a puppet – the group’s favourite, we try to arouse interest in exploring the world and solving various challenges. With some encouragement, help and guidelines, children can discover and learn about the environment and themselves, to the best of their abilities. They just need to be allowed to think freely, creatively and independently. The theoretical part of the assignment describes how we can use puppets to achieve children’s participation. In the very beginning we present the model of children’s participation and the levels of participation. The next part is focused on the use of puppets that encourage active thinking and children’s creativity. Puppets allow for many creative activities, where the process is much more important than the final product. The entire project work that comes out of the puppet is based on the child’s creative thinking and expression. The practical part presents the work with the puppet and the activities we carried out with the help of the puppet – the group’s favourite. All the activities led to the children’s participation in the creation of a puppet show. We demonstrated and justified how we can involve children in the process of pedagogical work with the help of puppets. In this process, children learn to think, be independent, resourceful, creative, and to cooperate with others. The preschool teacher’s task is to offer them opportunities to develop competences in various areas.
