Abstract
Na začetku magistrskega dela sem opredelila definicijo kadrov, človeških virov in izpostavila njihov ključni pomen vsake organizacije, prav tako sem se v sklopu tega na kratko navezala še na pomembnost kadrovske funkcije. Nadaljujem s tematiko metod za pridobivanje kandidatov, kjer me je zanimalo področje blagovne znamke delodajalca in njen vpliv na pridobivanje kandidatov, poleg tega so v sodobnem času v kadrovskih praksah pogosto v uporabi tudi različna družbena omrežja in ostale metode, kot na primer spletni zaposlitveni portali, kadrovske agencije in neposredno iskanje kadra. Naslednja tematika, s katero sem se podrobneje ukvarjala, pa so metode za selekcijo kandidatov, kjer poznamo na primer različne vrste intervjujev, testov, referenc in priporočil. V okviru te tematike sem se dotaknila tudi grafologije kot metode za selekcijo, ki v Sloveniji še ni precej priljubljena oziroma razširjena metoda v kadrovskih praksah. Navezala sem se tudi na uporabo umetne inteligence kot sodobne metode za selekcijo kadra. V drugem delu magistrskega dela je bil moj cilj dobiti vpogled v konkretne kadrovske prakse iz različnih podjetij. V okviru raziskave sem prišla do zaključka, da se za različne profile kadra uporablja raznovrstne metode za pridobivanje in selekcijo kadra. Kadrovske prakse so med podjetji precej podobne, seveda pa se v nekaterih pristopih nekoliko razlikujejo. Ključno pa je, da se v kadrovskih praksah uporablja sodobne in inovativne metode, saj le to privede do konkurenčnosti na trgu dela in posledično pridobitve najboljših talentov.

Title:Modern methods for recruitment and selection of personnel and their use in human resources
Abstract:
At the beginning of my master's thesis, a comprehensive definition of personnel and human resources was explained, with their key importance for organizations, as well as briefly referring to the importance of the personnel function. I continue with the subject of modern methods for recruiting candidates, where I was interested in the area of the employer brand and its influence on recruiting candidates, in addition, various social networks and other methods that are often used in HR practices in modern times, such as online employment portals, HR agencies and headhunting. The following section offers a detailed assessment of candidate selection methods, for example, various types of interviews, tests, references and recommendations. I also addressed graphology as a selection method, noting that it remains relatively uncommon in personnel practices in Slovenia. In addition, it was also explored the use of artificial intelligence as a modern method for personnel selection. In the second part of my master's thesis, my goal was to gain insight into specific HR practices from various companies. Throughout the research process, analysis led to the conclusion that various personnel recruitment and selection methods are used for various personnel profiles. HR practices are quite similar between companies, but however they exhibit slightly in some approaches. The primary factor is that modern and innovative methods are used in personnel practices, as only this leads to competitiveness on the labor market and, as a result, the acquisition of the best talents.
