The research text addresses the analysis of measurement equivalence in the case of the ISSP survey on environmental awareness. The aim of the research is to examine the use of methods such as exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and measuring the internal consistency of composite scales, and to assess the quality and equivalence of ISSP measurement instruments. An important part of the research is the comparative analysis between countries, which provides insights into differences in environmental concern across different cultures. Key findings highlight the importance of carefully examining measurement instruments in cross-cultural research and emphasize the need for developing more reliable and valid measurement instruments for assessing environmental awareness in various cultural contexts.
