Abstract

Title:Usage of Artificial Intelligence in High Schools
Abstract:
In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an indispensable part of the modern educational system, offering numerous advantages in enhancing the learning process. One of the key benefits of AI is its ability to enable personalized learning, where teaching methods and content are tailored to the individual needs of students. This leads to improved academic outcomes, as each student is allowed to progress at their own pace and focus on the areas where they need the most support. Additionally, schools use AI to automate various administrative tasks, reducing the workload of teachers and allowing them more time for direct interaction with students. This enables teachers to devote more attention to teaching and the personal development of students, contributing to a higher quality educational process. However, despite these clear advantages, the use of AI in education also brings several challenges, particularly in the realm of ethics. Among the most significant concerns are issues of data privacy, as AI systems often collect and process substantial amounts of personal information about students. There is also a risk of algorithmic bias, which can lead to unequal treatment of students. Another important challenge is maintaining the human element in education, as a complete reliance on technology can lead to a reduction in personal interaction and empathy, which teachers bring to the classroom. For the ethical and effective use of AI in education, transparency, fairness, and responsibility are essential from both developers and educational institutions. Therefore, schools must increase investments in teacher training so that they can competently and responsibly use AI.
