Abstract
Zunanja toplotna obremenitev ljudi je kompleksen pojav, ki je odvisen od številnih meteoroloških, fizioloških in psiholoških dejavnikov in ki se v mestnih okoljih prostorsko spreminja. V magistrskem delu smo z uporabo metod celičnega avtomata in WUDAPT ustvarili klasifikacijo lokalnih podnebnih območij (LPO) mesta Ljubljana. Z uporabo programskega orodja ENVI-met smo nato kvantificirali in ovrednotili zunanjo toplotno obremenitev ljudi na izbranih LPO metode WUDAPT z izračunom univerzalnega toplotnega podnebnega indeksa (UTCI) in fiziološke ekvivalentne temperature (PET). Rezultati kažejo, da so med večino LPO prisotne statistično značilne razlike v zunanji toplotni obremenitvi ljudi. Največja je bila na območju LPO 8 (velikopovršinska nizka gradnja), najmanjša pa na območju LPO A (gosta drevesa). Ugotavljamo tudi, da zelena infrastruktura pomembno vpliva na zmanjševanje zunanje toplotne obremenitve ljudi na mikroklimatski ravni.

Title:Quantification and Assessment of Outdoor Human Thermal Comfort in Local Climate Zones of the City of Ljubljana
Abstract:
Outdoor human thermal comfort is a complex phenomenon that depends on many meteorological, physiological and psychological factors. In addition, the thermal comfort of people outdoors in urban environments varies spatially. In this master thesis, we used cellular automata and WUDAPT methods to classify local climate zones (LCZ) in the city of Ljubljana. Using the ENVI-met software tool, we quantified and evaluated the outdoor human thermal comfort in selected LCZs of the WUDAPT method by calculating the Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI) and the Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET). The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in outdoor human thermal comfort between most LCZs. Heat stress was highest in LCZ 8 (large lowrise ) and lowest in LCZ A (dense trees). We also found that the presence of green infrastructure had a significant impact on improving outdoor human thermal comfort at the microclimatic level.
