Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti standarde, ki se navezujejo na števce električne energije ter nekaj metroloških zahtev in podrobnejše predstaviti zahteve standarda za varnost števcev električne energije IEC 62052-31. Pri metroloških zahtevah je izvedenih nekaj preskusov, kot je merjenje pogreška števca pri različnih tokovih in meritve vpliva temperature na pogrešek števca, prav tako pa so preverjene zahteve za svetlobno diodo s pomočjo katere izvajamo preskusne meritve. Predstavljen je tudi števec električne energije IE.5 EB2, na katerem smo izvajali preskuse ter opisane naloge posameznih priključkov. Pri varnostnih preskusih so najprej na splošno podane zahteve standarda, podrobnejše pa so predstavljene za preskuse, ki smo jih lahko opravili v merilnem laboratoriju podjetja Iskraemeco d. d.. Glede na zahteve tega standarda smo preverili skladnost opozorilnih oznak in informacij na števcu, izmerili segrevanje ohišja, priključkov in komponent, potrdili da deli pod nevarno napetostjo niso dostopni, preverili izolacijo med dostopnimi deli in deli pod nevarno napetostjo, izvedli preskuse in pregled konstrukcijskih zahtev za ohišje in priključke ter naredili električne preskuse varnosti. Ugotovili smo, da je števec v skladu z metrološkimi in varnostnimi zahtevami, ki smo jih lahko preverili.

Title:Testing of the electricity meter
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma is to present the standards related to electrical meters, as well as some metrological requirements and to present the requirements of the safety standard for electricity meters IEC 62052-31 in more detail. Some metrological requirements tests were performed, such as measuring the meter’s error at different currents and measuring the influence of temperature on the meter’s error. In addition, the requirements for the light-emitting diode used for the test measurements are checked. The IE.5 EB2 electricity meter, on which the tests were performed, is also described, along with the role of individual connections. In the safety part, the standard requirements are generally described and presented in more detail for tests that could be performed in the measurement laboratory of Iskraemeco d. d.. Based on the requirements of the standard, we checked the compliance of warning labels and information on the meter, measured heating of the housing, connection and components, confirmed that parts under dangerous voltage are not accessible, checked the insulation between accessible parts and parts under dangerous voltage, performed inspections and tests related to constructional requirements for the housing and connections of the meter and performed electrical safety tests. We found that the meter is in compliance with the metrological and safety requirements that we were able to check.
