The aim of this master's thesis is to explore the connection between sound and moving illustration or animation. Sound, though materially invisible, is profoundly emotional, raising the question of whether it can be used in animation as an additional visual element influencing our perception. I will investigate how sound affects moving drawings and to what extent it can create or obscure information in our perception. Conversely, I will examine how visual elements affect the perception of sound. This research will delve into the connections between auditory and visual components through artistic projects, analyzing best practices. Additionally, I will explore how combining these senses impacts our perception of audiovisual works.
The practical part will involve combining visual and auditory elements to discover new content, situations, or narratives, culminating in a final product.
