Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je zasnovan in izdelan odprtokoden programski paket za izračun spektra največjega odziva ter spektra utrujenostne poškodbe determinističnih in naključnih vzbujevalnih signalov, definiranih v časovni in frekvenčni domeni. Rezultati programske kode so validirani v skladu z dostopno literaturo. V eksperimentalnem delu naloge smo zasnovali in izvedli vibracijski preizkus utrujanja usmerniških diod na dveh obremenitvenih nivojih. Na ta način pridobljene parametre utrujanja smo uporabili za vrednotenje različnih obremenitvenih profilov usmerniških diod z uporabo spektra utrujenostne poškodbe.

Title:Vibration-load evaluation of the rectifier diodes using fatigue damage spectrum
Abstract:
In the master’s thesis an open-source software package is designed and developed for calculating the maximum response and fatigue damage spectrum of deterministic and random excitation signals defined in the time and frequency domains. The software code results are validated in accordance with available literature. In the experimental part of the thesis, a vibration fatigue test of rectifier diodes was designed and conducted at two load levels. The fatigue parameters obtained in this way were used to evaluate different load profiles of rectifier diodes using the fatigue damage spectrum.
