Kremelj 2.0 Idejna zasnova večnamenskega objekta Kremelja ob Kidričevi ulici v Novi Gorici

Magistrska naloga prikazuje idejo dopolnjevanja programa ob Kidričevi ulici. Kremelj, ki je bil zgrajen, ko je nastajala Nova Gorica, je danes precej zapostavljen. Poslovna stavba z veliko najemniki, ki je nekoliko zamaknjena v notranjost kareja ter prekrita s krošnjami dreves, je danes v precej slabem stanju ter vse prej, kot reprezentativna stavba časa gradnje Nove Gorice. Obstoječi Kremelj se poruši, novi Kremelj pa se postavi v niz gradbene linije, ki se je vzpostavila že na jugu Kidričeve ulice z gradnjo prvih, Ravnikarjevih blokov. Pod njim se organizira podzemna garažna hiša, ki se razprostira tudi pod obstoječim parkiriščem v kareju. Na mestu parkirišča je zasnovan nov park z dvema vhodoma v podzemno garažno hišo, ki se poveže z obstoječim Borovim gozdičom. Novi Kremelj bogati tako obravnavan kare, kot tudi Novo Gorico z manjkajočim programom. V njem so organizirani različni poslovni prostori ter prostori za študente tako za prosti čas, kot za potrebe študija.

• Title: Kremelj 2.0 Conceptual design of the Kremelj multifunctional building on Kidričeva Street in Nova Gorica

Abstract

The master's thesis presents the idea of enhancing the program along Kidričeva Street. The "Kremelj", which was built during the formation of Nova Gorica, is now quite neglected. This office building, with many tenants, is set back slightly into the block and covered by tree canopies. Today, it is in poor condition and far from a representative building of the time when Nova Gorica was constructed. The existing 'Kremelj' would be demolished, and a new 'Kremelj' would be built along the existing building line established on the southern side of Kidričeva Street with the construction of the first blocks by Ravnikar. A new underground parking garage will be organized underneath, extending under the existing parking lot in the block. A new park is designed on the site of the parking lot, with two entrances to the underground garage, connecting with the existing 'Borov gozdiček' (Pine Grove). The new 'Kremelj' enriches both the block and Nova Gorica by adding a missing program. It will house various business spaces as well as spaces for students, both for leisure and study needs.
