Oblikovna prenova uporabniškega vmesnika VIS ALUO

Ena najpomembnejših spletnih strani za vsakega študenta, ki obiskuje ALUO, je študentski informacijski sistem Akademije za likovno umetnost in oblikovanje Univerze v Ljubljani ali drugače VIS ALUO. Tu lahko uporabniki najdejo najrazličnejše informacije o svojem študiju na akademiji. Sedanja platforma se je izkazala za funkcionalno, vendar je na področju uporabniške izkušnje in oblikovanja še veliko prostora za izboljšave. Za magistrsko nalogo bom oblikovno prenovila uporabniški vmesnik VIS. Raziskala bom učinkovitost trenutne oblikovalske rešitve in z uporabniki izvedla anketo. Glede na rezultate raziskave bom oblikovala nov uporabniški vmesnik, ki bo veliko bolj intuitiven, sodoben in vizualno dodelan. Za informacijski sistem bom predlagala izboljšave, ki jih uporabniki trenutno pogrešajo. Končni rezultat bosta oblikovalsko prenovljen sistem VIS ALUO in mobilna aplikacija, ki omogoča uporabnikom hitrejši in lažji dostop do platforme tudi z mobilnim telefonom. Za konec bom preverila še uspeh nove oblikovalske rešitve. S pristopom, osredotočenim na uporabnika, bo prenovljena platforma bolje izpolnjevala njegove potrebe in izboljšala splošno izkušnjo.

• Title: User interface redesign of VIS ALUO

Abstract

One of the most important websites for every student attending the Academy of Fine Arts and Design is the Student Information System of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, or VIS ALUO, where users can find a wide variety of information related to their studies at the Academy. The current platform has proven to be functional, but there is still room for improvement in terms of user experience and design. For my master thesis I will redesign the user interface of VIS. I will conduct a survey on the effectiveness of the current design solution and conduct a sourvey with the users. Based on the result, I will design a new user interface that is much more intuitive, modern and visually refined. I will suggest improvements to the information system based on what users are currently missing. The end result will be a redesigned VIS ALUO and a mobile app that allows users to access the platform via their mobile phone in a faster and more user-friendly way. Finally, I will conduct another survey to test the new design solution and measure its success. With a user-centric approach, the redesigned platform will better meet users‘ needs and improve their overall experience.
