Vpliv rotunde Anastasis na arhitekturo v Evropi

Naloga se osredotoča na rotundo Anastasis in njen vpliv na arhitekturo v evropskem prostoru. Rotunda stoji na lokaciji nekaterih najpomembnejših dogodkov za krščansko vero, tako je bil njen vpliv v Evropi precejšen in njene kopije pogoste. Njen tloris je okrogle oblike, kar ima pomembno simboliko, obenem pa je tudi eden njenih najprepoznavnejših lastnosti, ki ga hitro opazimo v mnogih evropskih cerkvah, ki se po njej zgledujejo.

• Title: Influence of the Anastasis Rotunde on the European Architecture

Abstract

The paper focuses on the Anastasis rotunda and its influence on architecture in the European space. The Rotunda stands on the location of some of the most important events for the Christian faith, so its influence in Europe was considerable and its copies are common. Its floor plan is circular, which carries important symbolism. It is also one of its most identifiable features, that is quickly noticeable in many European churches inspired by it.
