Abstract
Prepustnost plasti steklene volne za zračni tok je lastnost, ki jo moramo poznati pri snovanju elementov – še posebej trdilne komore – na proizvodni liniji steklene volne. Namen magistrskega dela je bil zasnovati in izdelati napravo, s katero bomo lahko določili zračno prepustnost plasti steklene volne za različne vzorce. Poleg tega smo želeli analizirati tudi, kako posamezni parametri oz. lastnosti vzorca vplivajo na zračno prepustnost vzorca. Ugotovili smo, da je zračna prepustnost odvisna od hitrosti prepihovanja, gostote, debeline vzorca, vsebnosti veziva, debeline vlaken itd.

Title:Analysis of the effect of properties of glass wool layer on the permeability of the air flow
Abstract:
Permeability of glass wool layer for airflow is a property that we need to know to be able to design elements – especially curing oven – on a glass wool production line. In this assignment we wanted to design and make a device that would allow us to measure air flow permeability for different samples of glass wool. Additionally, we wanted to analyse what are the effects of different properties of sample on a air flow permeability. We found out, that air flow permeability depends on air flow speed, density, thickness of a sample, content of binder, fibres thickness and so on.
