Sinteza izbranih kovinskih kompleksov in primerjava načinov njihovih kristalizacij

Izvedel sem reakcije različnih ligandov s prekurzorjem renijevim(I) pentakarbonil kloridom v toluenu, za pridobitev renijevih(I) klorido kompleksov. Pripravljene produkte sem uporabil še za sintezo akva kompleksov. Nastale produkte sem okarakteriziral z jedrsko magnetno resonanco (NMR), infrardečo spektroskopijo, elementno analizo, masno spektroskopijo in UV-Vis spektroskopijo. Izvedel sem tudi kristalizacijo produktov z različnimi metodami kristalizacije. Uspešno pridobljenim kristalom je bila določena struktura z rentgensko difrakcijo.

• Title: Synthesis of selected metal complexes and comparison of their crystallization methods

Abstract

I carried out reactions of various ligands with the precursor rhenium(I) pentacarbonyl chloride in toluene to obtain rhenium(I) chloride complexes. The compounds produced were further used fot the synthesis of aqua complexes. The resulting products were characterised using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, mass spectrometry and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Various crystallisation methods were used to crystallise the products. The structure of the successfully obtained crystals was determined by X-ray diffraction.
