Abstract
Magistrsko delo povzema zasnovo in vpeljavo sistema planiranja v orodjarno podjetja SIBO G. Osrednji problem predstavlja kompleksna struktura, ki pri večanju obsegu dela na neki točki privede do slabe vizualizacije zasedenosti kapacitet, ter posledično prepoznega zaznavanja težav, slabega nadzora in odziva na spremembe, neizrabljenih resursov, in nepredvidljivega okolja za delo. Ključne odločitve se sprejemajo prepozno in so velikokrat napačne. Z zasnovo in vpeljavo sistema za natančno napovedovanje in vizualizacijo zasedenosti kapacitet lahko hitro in suvereno sprejemamo strateške odločitve v prodaji in vodstvu podjetja, prav tako pa izboljšamo proces dela v orodjarni.

Title:Modeling and implementation of the planning system in the tool shop
Abstract:
The master's thesis summarizes the design and implementation of planning system into Sibo G's tool shop department. The main problem is represented by complex structure which after workload increases progressively leads to poor visualization over capacity utilization and late problem detections as well as poor control and response to changes, unused resources and unpredictable work environment. Key decisions are made too late and are often wrong. With the design and implementation of a system for planning and scheduling which helps with accurate forecasting and visualization of capacities, we can quickly and sovereignly make strategic decisions in sales and management as well as improve the work process in the tool shop.
