Abstract
Diplomsko delo raziskuje razvoj nadzornega sistema za avtomatizacijo linije za pakiranje zdravil v farmacevtski industriji. Poudarja pomen avtomatizacije za zagotavljanje kakovosti, učinkovitosti in varnosti ter temelji na pristopu GAMP ter standardih ISA-88 in ISA-95. Delo opisuje proces ustvarjanja iFix projekta, konfiguracijo komunikacijskih gonilnikov, integracijo uporabniških vmesnikov in implementacijo beleženja dogodkov ter elektronskih podpisov. Posebno pozornost je namenjena prilagoditvi aplikacije za dvojezično okolje s pomočjo programskega jezika Python ter PLK simulacije za hitrejši razvoj celotnega sistema. Testiranje s testi IQ in testi OQ testi zagotavlja, da sistem deluje skladno s specifikacijami. Diplomsko delo ponuja celovit vpogled v razvoj nadzornega sistema, poudarja avtomatizacijo in standardizacijo ter rešitve za farmacevtske izzive.

Title:Avtomatizacija proizvodne linije za pakiranje zdravil
Abstract:
The thesis explores the development of a supervisory system for automating a pharmaceutical packaging line. It emphasizes the importance of automation in ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety, based on GAMP, ISA-88, and ISA-95 standards. The work describes the process of creating an iFix project, configuring communication drivers, integrating user interfaces, and implementing event logging and electronic signatures. Special attention is given to adapting the application for a bilingual environment using Python scripts and PLC simulation for faster overall system development. Testing with IQ tests and OQ tests ensures that the system operates in accordance with specifications. The thesis provides a comprehensive insight into the development of the SCADA application, highlighting automation and standardization as well as solutions to pharmaceutical challenges.
