Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opravljena analiza vpliva prisotnosti magnetnih zagozd na lastnosti sinhronskega motorja z vstavljenimi trajnimi magneti V-oblike na rotorju. V prvem delu je opravljena analiza vpliva dimenzij trajnih magnetov in statorske odprtine na signal samodržnega navora. V nadaljevanju pa sem se osredotočil na analizo učinka geometrijskih in snovnih lastnosti magnetnih zagozd na karakteristike motorja. Podrobneje je opravljena analiza samodržnega navora, oblike signala inducirane napetosti v prostem teku, ter končnega navora na gredi. Hkrati pa je opravljena tudi primerjava konvencionalnih in nekonvencionalnih magnetnih zagozd glede na razpoložljive podatke v literaturi. Vse numerične simulacije so izvedene na modelu motorja Toyota Prius 2004 s programom Altair Flux, ki temelji na metodi končnih elementov. Vsi numerični izračuni samodržnega navora, inducirane napetosti in izhodnega navora so izvedeni v časovno odvisni analizi. Konvencionalne (homogeno sestavljene) zagozde so se izkazale kot bolj učinkovite v primerjavi z nekonvencionalnimi (nehomogeno sestavljenimi zagozdami).

Title:Influence of stator magnetic wedges on the properties of a permanent magnet synchronous motor
Abstract:
In the thesis, impact of magnetic wedges on characteristics of synchronous motor with V-shaped embedded permanent magnets has been investigated. The numerical calculations and analysis of cogging torque, the induced voltage in no load and the load torque were carried out. In the first part of the thesis, the influence of the dimensions of the permanent magnets and stator slot opening on the cogging torque profile was analyzed. In the second part, the effect of geometric and material properties of magnetic wedges on the motor's characteristics was studied. Finally, a comparison between conventional and nonconventional magnetic wedges, found in the available literature was made. All numerical simulations were conducted using the Altair Flux program, which is based on the finite element method. The numerical calculations of cogging torque, induced voltage in no load, and output load torque were performed in a time-dependent analysis on the numerical model of the Toyota Prius 2004 motor. Conventional (homogeneously composed) wedges proved to be more efficient compared to unconventional (heterogeneously composed) wedges.
