Abstract
Trdota filma in odpornost sistema proti udarcu sta premo sorazmerni z debelino suhega filma.

Title:Comparison of the mechanical-physical properties of surface systems determined using different methods
Abstract:
There are several methods for determining the mechanical-physical properties of surface systems, which differ from each other in terms of the principle of operation, and there is also a difference in the level of material evaluation. In our study, we wanted to use different methods to test whether there is a meaningful correlation between the resulting mechanical-physical properties. To this end, we prepared twelve surface systems that differed in the type of substrate, its pre-preparation, the coatings used and the number of individual applications. We used these systems to determine the thickness of the dry film, the hardness and microhardness of the film as well as the scratch, micro-scratch, impact and wear resistance. The mechanical-physical properties of the analysed surface systems differed greatly due to the different processing methods, the coating agents used and the substrate. With the help of a statistical analysis, we were also able to prove the linear correlation between the mechanical-physical properties. The hardness of the film and the impact resistance of the system are directly proportional to the thickness of the dry film. The scratch and impact resistance as well as the film hardness are directly proportional to the wear resistance. The micro-scratch resistance is inversely proportional to the dry film thickness, the hardness and the scratch and impact resistance.
