In the present study stand structure, growth and productivity of Turkey oak (Quercus cerris) in Suha krajina were analysed. For this purpose six research plots measuring 30x30 meters were set. On the plots stand structure was analysed and nine thickest trees (Turkey oaks) were cut and stem analysis was carried out. It turned out, that Turkey oak prevails in stand basal area. It is present above all in stand canopy. The majority of crowns are asymmetric or small. The growth of Turkey oak, and productivity as well, is higher on siteHedero-Fagetum than on site Querco-Carpinetum. Site indices at age of 100 years (SI100) are between 18 and 30 meters. Ring width is negatively influenced by higher summer temperatures in current year. Higher winter and spring temperatures have similar effects frequently. The precipitations did not turned out as an important factors regarding radial growth.
