Abstract
Diplomsko delo opisuje obdelavo teoretičnih podlag in izdelavo konkretnega računalniškega programa za dimenzioniranje naknadno prednapetih betonskih nosilcev v programskem okolju Excel. Glavni podlagi za izbiro ustreznih enačb sta standard SIST EN 1992-1-1 in evropska tehnična ocena za konkretne prednapete kable, obravnavane v nalogi. Dimenzioniranje kablov poteka na podlagi mejnih stanj uporabnosti, pri čemer je pridobljena vrednost limitne kabelske sile, potrebna za izpolnitev pogoja dekompresije, potem pa izgube kabelske sile in naposled kontrole napetosti. Dimenzioniranje preostale mehke armature poteka na podlagi mejnih stanj nosilnosti. Program je postavljen v Excelove razpredelnice, opremljene s spremljajočim makrom, ki opravi zahtevnejše izračune v primeru rekurzivnosti enačb. Vsi vhodni podatki so vneseni prek kontrolnega lista, ki je postavljen z namenom večje preglednosti za uporabnika.

Title:Elaboration of software for design of post-tensioned concrete beams : graduation thesis
Abstract:
The thesis describes the processing of theoretical foundations and the elaboration of a computer program for the design of post-tensioned concrete beams in MS Excel. Basis for choosing the appropriate equations are the Eurocode 2 standard and the European technical assessment for prestressed tendons that are discussed in thesis. Design of tendons is based on serviceability limit states, whereby the value of the final stress in tendons is required to fulfill the condition of decompression, then losses of prestress and finally stress control are obtained. The design of flexural and shear reinforcement is based on the ultimate limit states. The program is placed in Excel spreadsheets and equipped with an accompanying macro which performs calculation of recursive equations. All input data is entered through a control sheet, which is set up with the aim of greater transparency for the user.
