Abstract
Hidravlični sistemi so nepogrešljivi v sodobni industriji zaradi njihove zmogljivosti, zanesljivosti in natančnosti. V diplomski nalogi smo pregledali trg hidravličnih ventilov, hidravličnih akumulatorjev, čepov in priključkov. Izdelali in dodelali smo več konceptov, dokler nismo na koncu prišli do funkcionalne hidravlične sheme. Shemo smo nato simulirali in potrdili njeno funkcionalnost.

Title:Development of a lightweight hydraulic manifold
Abstract:
Hydraulic systems are indispensable in modern industry due to their performance, reliability, and precision. Despite their widespread use, reducing the weight and improving the efficiency of components remains a challenge, which is crucial in mobile applications where weight is a critical factor. One of these key components is the hydraulic block, which directs and regulates the flow of hydraulic fluid. In this thesis, we reviewed the market for hydraulic valves, hydraulic accumulators, plugs, and fittings. We developed and refined several concepts until we finally arrived at a functional hydraulic scheme. The scheme was then simulated and its functionality confirmed. We designed a lightweight hydraulic control block, ensured its production, and finally conducted measurements. The measurements showed that the hydraulic block is functional and suitable for use.
