Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj 750-litrske tlačne posode za pivo. Za potrebe podjetja L-INOX d. o. o. iz Ajdovščine je bilo treba zasnovati in opraviti trdnostni preračun tlačne posode v skladu s standardom SIST EN 13445-3. Tlačna posoda je specifične oblike in se bo uporabljala za pridelavo piva pri delovnem tlaku 3 bar. Posoda je valjaste oblike s koničnim dnom in dvema hladilnima plaščema z delovnim tlakom 1,8 bar ter izolacijo. V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni teoretična osnova tlačnih posod, pravilnik o tlačni opremi, usklajen po direktivi PED in standardu SIST EN 13445 ter trdnostni preračun, 3D model končne verzije in vsa potrebna dokumentacija.

Title:DEVELOPMENT OF A 750-LITRE PRESSURE VESSEL FOR BEER
Abstract:
The thesis discuss the development of a 750 liter pressure vessel for beer. For the needs of a company L-INOX d.o.o. from Ajdovščina, it was necessary to design and carry out a strength calculation of the pressure vessel in accordance with the SIST EN 13445-3 standard. The pressure vessel has a specific shape and will be used for brewing beer at a working pressure of 3 bar. The vessel has a cylindrical shape with a conical bottom and two cooling jackets with a working pressure of 1,8 bar and insulation. The thesis presents the theoretical basis of pressure vessels, the regulation on pressure equipment, harmonized according to the PED directive and the SIST EN 13445 standard, as well as the strength calculation, the 3D model of the final version and all the necessary documentation.
