Abstract
Obnovljena stavba ima razmernik obnovljivih virov energije 61% in specifično potrebno skupno primarno energijo 68,1 kWh/m2an, kjer oboje ustreza trenutnemu pravilniku o učinkoviti rabi energije. Stroški take celovite energetske sanacije znašajo približno 72000€, kjer je všteta tudi vgradnja sistemov in toplotnega ovoja.

Title:Cost and environmental analysis of a comprehensive energy renovation of a residential building
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to improve the energy efficiency of an existing building that has no insulated thermal envelope and outdated and energy-wasting technical building systems. The installed systems do not provide an adequate living environment and cause high energy consumption and consequently pollutant emissions. The work presents the current legislation and the "Ready for 55" package, which constitutes the basic guideline for the planned energy renovation of the building stock in the European Union up to 2030 and beyond. It describes the initial state of the dwelling house and the set of feasible measures, as well as the modelled initial and projected final state of the house in PURES .XLS. Solutions for the building envelope as well as for the installed technical building systems are provided. Finally, a cost analysis and a calculated payback period for the proposed comprehensive energy renovation are given. After the implementation of the proposed measures, the specific heat required for heating will be 12.4 kWh/m²an, which exceeds the required efficiency according to the current regulations and also meets the requirements which tell us that the house after renovation is much less energy consuming and could be given the title of "Passive" house. The renovated building has a renewable energy ratio of 61% and a specific total primary energy requirement of 68.1 kWh/m²/annum, both of which comply with the current Energy Efficiency Code. The cost of such a complete energy renovation is approximately 72,000€, which includes the installation of the systems and the thermal insulation.
