Sinteza novih 2-(metiltio)pirimidinov in njihovih bakrovih(I) koordinacijskih spojin

Na osnovi diplomskega dela Blaža Antonina sem ponovno sintetiziral štiri bakrove(I) komplekse z ligandi bipiridinskega tipa po optimiziranem postopku v katerem sem zamenjal topilo in podaljšal čas reakcije v inertnih pogojih. Pripravil sem tudi dva nova bakrova(I) kompleksa istega bipiridinskega tipa in na koncu vse pridobljene produkte ustrezno okarakteriziral. Karakterizacija spojin je zajemala NMR, UV-VIS, IR spektroskopijo ter masno spektrometrijo.

• Title: Synthesis of new 2-(methylthio)pyrimidines and their copper(I) coordination compounds

Abstract

Based on the thesis work of Blaž Antonin, I have re-synthesised four copper(I) complexes with bipyridine-type ligands using an optimised procedure in which I have changed the solvent and extended the reaction time under inert conditions. I also prepared two new copper(I) complexes of the same bipyridine type and in the end all the products obtained were characterised accordingly. The characterisation of the compounds included NMR, UV-VIS, IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
