Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava načrtovanje montažnega procesa izdelka, ki je razvit v slovenskem podjetju. Najprej smo popisali trenutno stanje montažnega procesa s pomočjo snemanja montaže. S strukturo izdelka smo izdelek razdelili na podsestave in posledično še na njihove sestavne dele. Iz tega smo razvili vrstni red samih montažnih operacij, preko katerih smo kasneje preračunali čase montaže z metodo Workfactor hitri postopek. Pridobljene rezultate izračunanih časov smo primerjali s posnetimi časi ter predlagali izboljšave v procesu montaže. Iz pridobljenih rezultatov in ugotovitev smo napisali optimizirani načrt za montažo.

Title:Description of the production process and assembly times for the primary mechanism of the filter
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the planning of the assembly process for a product developed by a Slovenian company. First, we documented the current state of the assembly process by recording the assembly. Using the product structure, we divided the product into subassemblies and subsequently into their components. From this we developed the sequence of assembly operations, through which we later calculated the assembly time using the Workfactor rapid procedure method. The obtained calculated times were compared with the recorded times and we proposed improvements to the assembly process. Based on the results and findings, we created an optimized assembly plan.
