Abstract
V tem delu smo raziskali in izvedli analize kinematike izvedbe motorja, ki namesto klasične izvedbe ročične gredi vključuje par konjugiranih odmičnih krivulj, ki omogočata prenos moči od batov preko veznih ročic in nihajno vpetih kotalnih slednikov do pogonske gredi. Preverili smo vpliv različnih oblik odmičnih krivulj na kinematične funkcije, ki popišejo zakonitosti in značilne lastnosti gibanja krivuljnih mehanizmov (pomik, hitrost, pospešek in sprememba pospeška). Poleg različnih oblik odmičnih krivulj smo analizirali tudi vpliv različnih geometrijskih parametrov mehanizma na delovanje motorja. S pomočjo rezultatov numeričnih simulacij smo izpostavili prednosti in slabosti analizirane izvedbe motorja z uporabo konjugiranega para odmičnih krivulj pred klasično izvedbo z ročično gredjo.

Title:Internal combustion engine without crankshaft
Abstract:
In this work, we have investigated and analysed the kinematics of an engine design in which a pair of conjugate camshafts is used instead of the conventional crankshaft, so that the power can be transmitted from the pistons to the drive shaft via connecting rods and oscillating roller followers. The influence of the different cam shapes on the kinematic functions which describe the regularities and characteristic properties of the movement of the cam mechanisms (displacement, velocity, acceleration and jerk) was investigated. In addition to the different cam shapes, the influence of the different geometric parameters of the mechanism on the performance of the engine was also analysed. Based on the results of numerical simulations, we have shown the advantages and disadvantages of the investigated engine concept with a conjugate cam pair compared to the conventional crankshaft design.
