Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen potek brizganja polimerov, primerni materiali za ta proces in proces izdelave orodja za injekcijsko brizganje polimerov za zahtevan izdelek. Opisane so vse faze izdelave orodja, od dogovarjanja s kupcem do predaje končnega orodja kupcu. Podrobno so predstavljene zahteve orodja, ki neposredno vplivajo na konstruiranje orodja in s tem tudi samo konstrukcijo orodja. Na končnem orodju so bili izvedeni delni brizgi, s katerimi se je gledalo polnjenje orodne votline. Po tem so bili izvedeni tudi preizkusni brizgi, s katerimi se je iskalo optimalne parametre brizganja. Na podlagi dobljenih izdelkov je preučen vpliv posameznih parametrov na končni izdelek.

Title:Injection moulding of a thick-walled polymethylmethacrylate product
Abstract:
The thesis presents the process of polymer moulding, suitable materials for the process and the process of making a polymer injection moulding tool for the required product. All stages of the tool manufacturing process are described, from the agreement with the customer to the handover of the finished tool to the customer. The tooling requirements, which have a direct influence on the design of the tool and therefore on the tool design itself, are presented in detail. Test injections were carried out on the final tool in order to find the optimum injection moulding parameters. The influence of the individual parameters on the final product is examined on the basis of the resulting products.
