Abstract
Traktorska diskasta kosilnica je poglaviten stroj pri spravilu travinja. Je kmetov nepogrešljivi pripomoček, ki mora biti na razpolago od spomladi do konca poletja. Znotraj kosilnice je veliko tehnološkega in strojnega znanja. Kljub temu da so se skozi čas kosilnice tehnološko že zelo izpopolnile, pa še vedno prihaja do okvar. Zanimalo nas je, zakaj in kje najpogosteje prihaja do okvar pri diskastih kosilnicah. Preučili smo delovanje čelne diskaste kosilnice P?ttinger Novacat 266 F in ugotovili, da je največ okvar znotraj kosilnega grebena, kjer se nahaja največ ključnih komponent za pravilno delovanje kosilnice. Na primeru prve zobniške dvojice, kjer največkrat prihaja do okvare, smo preračunali sile na zobnike. Analizirali smo, zakaj prihaja do loma zob na zobniku in zakaj ta okvara verižno potuje po kosilnem grebenu. Na koncu smo narisali še delavniško risbo prve zobniške dvojice.

Title:Calculation of gear drives in the mowing mechanism of a disc mower
Abstract:
The tractor disc mower is a crucial machine for harvesting lawns, and it is essential for farmers to have it available from spring to the end of summer. Despite technological advancements, these mowers still experience breakdowns. To understand the most frequent breakdowns in disc mowers, we specifically examined the performance of the Pӧttinger Novacat 266 F front disc mower. Our findings revealed that most failures occur inside the mower deck, where key components for the proper functioning of the mower are located. For example, we focused on the first gear pair and calculated the forces on the gears to understand why failures occur, such as the breakage of teeth on the pinion and how this failure chain affects the cutting ridge. Ultimately, we created a workshop drawing of the first gear pair based on our analysis.
