Abstract
Rezkanje je konvencionalna tehnologija, s katero odvzemamo material s surovca in tako dobimo končen izdelek. Za izdelavo le-tega potrebujemo navadno več različnih orodij, ki jih je potrebno menjati med obdelavo. Menjavo orodja želimo izvesti v čim krajšem času in s tem zmanjšati stroške izdelave. Čas menjave orodja najlažje zmanjšamo z avtomatizacijo menjave, zaradi tega smo v zaključni nalogi razvili zalogovnik orodja, ki omogoča shranjevanje in podajanje orodja za rezkanje. Razvijali smo zalogovnik orodja za specifičen rezkalni stroj in smo zato upoštevali nekatere dimenzijske omejitve. Zaradi manjše dimenzije zalogovnika smo se odločili izdelati zalogovnik z jermensko gnanimi prijemali, kjer podajalno gibanje orodja do vretena rezkalnega stroja opravlja jermen in ne dodatna podajalna roka. Zalogovnik ima 28 mest za shranjevanje orodja, ščiti operaterja pred poškodbami in zagotavlja zaščito svojih komponent pred opilki, ki nastanejo pri rezkanju. Poleg konstrukcije zalogovnika smo izvedli preračun časa menjave orodja. Čas potreben za menjavo orodja je krajši v primerjavi z ročno menjavo, kar je bil tudi namen naloge.

Title:Development of a tool magazine for a CNC milling machine
Abstract:
Milling is a conventional technology that removes material from the raw material to obtain a finished product. Typically, several different tools are needed, which must be changed during processing. We want to change the tool in the shortest possible time and reduce production costs. The easiest way to reduce tool change time is by automating the change, which is why we developed a tool magazine, which enables the storage and feeding of milling tools. We developed a tool magazine for a specific milling machine and therefore considered some dimensional limitations. Due to the smaller dimensions of the machine, we decided to make a magazine with belt-driven grippers, where the feeding movement of the tool is performed by the belt and not by an additional feeding arm. The magazine has 28 places to store the tool, protects the operator from injury and ensures the protection of its components. In addition to the construction of the magazine, we also calculated the tool change time. The time required for tool change is shorter compared to manual change, which was also the purpose of the task.
