Slovenia boasts a rich cultural heritage, part of which includes culinary heritage. Despite the influences of modern cuisine, we still like to turn to tradition and the ingredients that shape traditional dishes. The preservation of heritage is also ensured by territorial brands established according to the Authentic from Slovenia model. The data of 14 collective brands, found in the table, were obtained using the mapping research method. Based on the collected data, I reached conclusions that helped me answer the research question posed. The obtained data show the strong influence of heritage on the offerings, products, dishes, and similar aspects provided by individual collective brands established according to the Authentic from Slovenia model.
