Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj in izdelava prilagodljivega sistema za koračno krmiljenje nosilca orodij. Projekt je bil izveden v sodelovanju s podjetjem Alba, d. o. o., ki proizvaja različne izdelke za potrebe avtomobilske industrije. Izdelava sistema bo izboljšala učinkovitost proizvodnje in optimizirala delovne procese. Morebitne težave in spremembe delovanja bodo s pomočjo izdelanih programskih algoritmov preprostejše in hitreje rešene. Fizičen poseg v sistem ne bo več potreben, saj lahko vsako spremembo delovanja sistema izvedemo programsko. Naloga opisuje celoten postopek izdelave projekta – od določitve zahtev delovanja do zagona sistema. Celotni sistem je izdelan s pomočjo programskega okolja TIA Portal V16. Programski del sistema je izdelan v več jezikih standarda IEC 61131-3, ki so v nalogi tudi posebej predstavljeni. Projekt je bil razdeljen na dva glavna dela. Prvi del je zajemal izdelavo prilagodljivega programa, drugi pa izdelavo celotne vizualizacije sistema. Programski del vključuje izdelavo avtomatskega režima za vodenje sistema ter ročnega režima, ki se uporablja predvsem za testiranje in diagnostiko. Večji del naloge se osredotoča na avtomatski način vodenja, ki vsebuje tri glavne algoritme za celovito krmiljenje sistema. Ti algoritmi omogočajo posredno naslavljanje vhodno-izhodnih vrednosti, izbiro zaporedja izvajanja programa in izbiro dodatnih pogojev med vsakim premikom sistema. Podobna ločitev velja tudi za vizualni del, ki je razdeljen na vzdrževalni in izvajalni del. Vzdrževalni del omogoča izbiro vhodno-izhodnih vrednosti, zaporedje izvajanja in dodatnih pogojev, kar je ključnega pomena za odpravljanje napak, prilagajanje sistema, testiranje morebitnih sprememb in zagotavljanje nemotenega delovanja. Izvajalni del se uporablja predvsem za izvajanje in vodenje sistema. Po končani izvedbi sistema je bil le-ta najprej testiran s pomočjo simulacijskega modula. Pravilno delovanje se je spremljalo prek grafičnega vmesnika. Po pregledu in odpravi nekaterih napak sem s pomočjo sodelavca v podjetju sistem preizkusil še na realnem nosilcu orodij.

Title:Development of a configurable sequential control system for a tool carrier
Abstract:
The thesis presents the development of a flexible system for sequential control of a tool carrier. The project was carried out in collaboration with Alba d.o.o., a company that manufactures various products for the automotive industry. The development of the system will improve production efficiency and optimize work processes. Potential issues and operational changes will now be easier and faster to resolve using the developed software algorithms. Physical intervention in the system will no longer be necessary, as any system operation changes can be made programmatically. The thesis describes the entire project development process, from the initial operational requirements to the system startup. The entire system was developed using the TIA Portal V16 software environment. The software part of the system was created using several IEC 61131-3 standard languages, which are also specifically presented in the thesis. The project was divided into two main parts: the first part involved creating a flexible program, and the second part involved creating the entire system visualization. The software part includes the development of an automatic control mode used for system operation and a manual mode primarily used for testing and diagnostics. A significant portion of the thesis focuses on the automatic control mode, which includes three main algorithms for comprehensive system control. These algorithms allow for indirect addressing of input-output values, selection of the program execution sequence, and selection of additional conditions during each system movement. A similar division applies to the visual part, which is divided into maintenance and operational sections. The maintenance section allows for the selection of input-output values, execution sequences, and additional conditions. This is crucial for troubleshooting, system adjustments, testing potential changes, and ensuring smooth operation. The operational section is mainly used for system execution and control. After the system was completed, it was first tested using a simulation module. Proper operation was monitored through a graphical interface. After reviewing and correcting some errors, I tested the system on a real tool carrier with the help of my supervisor at the company.
