Abstract
Normativi kot kazalniki produktivnosti so bistvenega pomena za planiranje gradbenih storitev in s tem določanja ustrezne cene za njihovo izvedbo. Z uporabo normativov ocenimo potrebni čas za izvedbo delovne operacije. S spremljanjem porabe časa in primerjavo z normativi pa lahko povečamo splošno produktivnost delovne sile. Skozi čas so nastajali različni normativi za gradbena dela, saj se je z razvojem novih tehnologij pokazala potreba po novih in posodobljenih izdajah. V zadnjih nekaj letih pa je na področju Republike Slovenije izdajanje normativov, ki bi bili na voljo za splošno uporabo, počasi zamrlo. Normativi, ki so trenutno v obtoku, niso usklajeni s trenutno veljavnimi gradbenimi predpisi, hkrati pa zaostajajo tudi za trenutno razpoložljivo tehnologijo gradnje. Podjetja tako uporabljajo starejše izdaje normativov, ki jih dopolnjujejo z lastnimi izkušnjami in meritvami. V diplomski nalogi je narejen pregled do sedaj izdanih normativov in njihova primerjava s poudarkom na betonskih delih. Opazen je razvoj tehnologije betonskih del, spremembe v organiziranosti dela in produktivnosti delovne sile skozi čas. Zaznana je bila tudi razlika v kvaliteti izdanih normativov ter njihovi natančnosti. Z razvojem in uporabo novih tehnologij se je povečala kompleksnost gradbenih del in s tem tudi normativov, ki ta dela opisujejo. V sklepnem delu naloge so bile izvedene tudi terenske meritve porabljenega časa za izvajanje betonskih del in primerjava dobljenih rezultatov z ustreznimi normativi.

Title:Analysis of productivity standards for concrete works : graduation thesis
Abstract:
Productivity standards are essential for planning construction services and determining the execution costs. By utilizing standards, we can estimate the required time for carrying out the service. Monitoring time usage and comparing it with set productivity standards allows companies to enhance overall workforce productivity. Over time, various productivity standards were written, driven by the development and use of new technologies, necessitating new and updated editions. However, in recent years publishing of universally available productivity standards has gradually declined in Republic of the Slovenia. The current standards in circulation are not harmonized with current construction regulations – Eurocodes, furthermore, they are outdated compared to current technologies used. Consequently, businesses rely on older editions of productivity standards, supplemented by their own experience and some measures. This thesis analyses the productivity standards issued to date and compares them with a focus on concrete works. The evolution of concrete works technology, changes in organization of work and workforce productivity over time is evident. Difference in the quality and accuracy of the issued standards were also noted. The advancement and adoption of new technologies have increased the complexity of construction works, and consequently, the productivity standards describing these tasks. The concluding part of the thesis includes field measurements and a comparison of the results with the relevant standards.
