Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena uporaba vsesmernih upodobitev za vizualizacijo arhitekturnih rešitev. Na konkretnem primeru je opisan celoten proces izdelave 3D-predstavitve stanovanja, izdelava vsesmernih (360-stopinjskih) upodobitev in posredovanje izdelka do naročnika. V uvodnem delu je opisana zgodovina in razvoj 3D-modeliranja, arhitekture in navidezne resničnosti. Predstavljeni so programi Blender, Kuula in Adobe Lightroom, ki so bili uporabljeni v okviru diplomske naloge. Praktični del naloge se osredotoča na izdelavo vsesmerne predstavitve stanovanja, ki vključuje organizacijo materialov, modeliranje, teksturiranje, osvetljevanje, obdelavo slik in upodabljanje končnih slik. Poseben poudarek je namenjen vsesmernim upodobitvam, ki omogočajo interaktivno raziskovanje prostora. Cilj diplomskega dela je raziskati in ovrednotiti možnost uporabe vsesmernih upodobitev za interaktivne predstavitve arhitekturnih načrtov pri komercialnih projektih. Opisan je proces izdelave končnega paketa za deljenje uporabnikom s pomočjo orodja Kuula. V zaključku so predstavljeni rezultati testiranja pri uporabnikih in ugotovitve.

Title:Visualization of architectural solutions using omnidirectional renderings
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents the use of omnidirectional renderings for architectural visualisation. A practical example is used to describe the process of creating a 3D representation of an apartment, rendering 360-degree visualizations and delivery to the client. In the introductory part, the history and development of 3D modelling, architecture and virtual reality is described. Blender, Kuula and Adobe Lightroom, which were used in the pracitcal work, are introduced. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the creation of a 3D representation of an apartment, including the organisation of materials, modelling, texturing, lighting, post-production and rendering of the final images. Particular emphasis is given to 360-degree renders, which allow for an interactive exploration of the space. The aim of the thesis was to investigate and evaluate the possibility of using 360-degree renders for interactive architectural presentations in commercial projects. The process of creating the final package for sharing with users using the Kuula tool is also described. Finally, the results of the user testing and the findings are presented.
