Abstract
V tej zaključni nalogi smo preučevali napetost odprtih sponk (OCV), ki je eden ključnih parametrov za določanje stanja napolnjenosti litij-ionskih baterij. Krivulja OCV je definirana kot razlika napetostnih potencialov anode in katode. Razvili smo program, ki omogoča razcep OCV krivulj na potenciale odprtih sponk (OCP) posameznih elektrod in določa kemijsko sestavo baterije. Digitalizirali smo krivulje OCV in OCP, pridobljene iz knjižnice LiionDB, znanstvenih člankov ter lastnih meritev v našem laboratoriju. Program združuje digitalizirane OCP krivulje in optimizira razcep OCV krivulje z minimizacijo korenske srednje kvadratne deviacije (RMSD). Optimizacijska funkcija za razcep OCV krivulj je bila uspešno testirana na različnih vrstah litij-ionskih baterij, kar je potrdilo njeno zanesljivost in natančnost pri razcepu OCV ter določanju materialov elektrod z nizko napako. Celoten projekt je objavljen na GitHubu, kar omogoča nadaljnje izboljšave in uporabo programa v raziskovalnih in industrijskih aplikacijah.

Title:Development of a Digital Tool for Calculating Electrode Potentials of Lithium-Ion Batteries from Measured Open Circuit Voltage
Abstract:
In this thesis, we studied the open-circuit voltage (OCV), which is one of the key parameters for determining the state of charge of lithium-ion batteries. The OCV curve is defined as the difference between the voltage potentials of the anode and cathode. We developed a program that enables the decomposition of OCV curves into open-circuit potentials (OCP) of individual electrodes and determines the chemical composition of the battery. We digitized OCV and OCP curves obtained from the LiionDB library, scientific articles, and our own laboratory measurements. The program combines digitized OCP curves and optimizes the decomposition of the OCV curve by minimizing the root mean square deviation (RMSD). The optimization function for the decomposition of OCV curves was successfully tested on various types of lithium-ion batteries, confirming its reliability and accuracy in decomposing OCV and determining electrode materials with low error. The entire project is published on GitHub, allowing for further improvements and application of the program in research and industrial applications.
