Abstract
Z vključitvijo celovitih razmislekov o ekologiji, socialni pravičnosti in trajnosti diplomsko delo predlaga pristop, sposoben naslavljati kompleksne globalne izzive. Končna rešitev vključuje razvoj izdelka v sodelovanju s socialnim podjetjem, kar poudarja praktično uporabo teoretičnih konceptov in prednosti partnerstva z organizacijami, ki dajejo prednost socialnim in okoljskim ciljem.

Title:
Development of a regenerative product based on the principles of circular economy
Abstract:
The thesis explores the potential of regenerative design within the framework of a circular economy, focusing on its role in addressing environmental and social crises. The work investigates the principles and strategies that can transform industrial design from merely mitigating negative impacts to actively enhancing the living environment. It examines Generation Z's environmental awareness and its inclination towards green policies, emphasizing the need for a shift towards sustainable consumption and production methods. The thesis underscores the significant influence of design decisions during the planning phase on the environmental impact of products and services. By integrating comprehensive ecological, social justice, and sustainability considerations, the thesis proposes a transformative approach capable of addressing complex global challenges. The final solution presented involves developing a product in collaboration with a social enterprise, highlighting the practical application of theoretical concepts and the benefits of partnering with organizations that prioritize social and environmental objectives.
